The contest Tesis en 3 Minutos, organized by the Campus Iberus consortium, poses to the participants the challenge to explain his investigation in three minutes, in an oral exhibition and with a simple language, intelligible and accessible to  all the public.

It can participate PhD with his thesis in advanced phase, enrolled in any university of Campus Iberus. Equally they can inscribe recent doctors of these same universities.

The participation values like activity of transversal formation (5 hours).

   Next Thursday, November 14th, at 5p.m.

will take place the final of the contest "Tesis en 3 Minutos" in Pamplona,

(Salón Ansoleaga of the Las Salesas building, 5 San Francisco street),

with free access to complete de capacity,

and it will be broadcast live throug YouTube channel

to wich we encourage you to connect to follow it through this link.

 

This is a special edition, in which the celebration of the tenth anniversary of this contest, which began at UPNA,

coincides with the execution of the ARTesis project whose main axis is the dissemination, in comic format,

of a series of theses doctoral studies from contestants who have won prizes in previous editions of the competition.

 

Thursday October, 21st, took place the semifinal in the UdL

presented by Dr. M. Àngels Balsells Bailón, director of this Doctoral School, with the jury formed by:

Dr. Fernando Sanz Gracia, director of the University of Zaragoza's Doctotal School

Patricia Gascón Vera, professor of the Journalism Degree and contestant in one of the first editions of this contest, from the Universidad de Zaragoza

Ms. Anna Sáez Mateu, Grup Segre's director

Mr. Estanislau Fons Solé, Comunication, Dissemination and Press at the UdL

 

The two contestants who will represent the UdL in the final are: 

 Sra. Marta Salvador Almela, from the Doctoral Programme in Education, Society and Quality of Life

Sra. Esther Rodrigo Claverol, from the PhD Programme in Health

The final of the Tesis en 3 Minutos contest, organized by Campus Iberus, took place on November, Thursday 28th, 2019.

The PhD Erika Lorena Soto Chavarro, from the Doctoral Program in Agricultural and Food Science and Technology, won the segond runner-up award after carrying out a very good exhibition.

From the School we would like to express our gratitude to all the contestants who have participated in this contest, to the jury of the semifinal held at the University of Lleida and to Mrs. Soto Chavarro for his success.
