PhD from other countries

Registration for Doctorate studies at the University of Lleida does NOT include the possibility of completing the studies ONLINE.

Doctoral students with habitual residence abroad will be obliged to stay at the UdL throughout their studies (preferably during the first academic year of enrolment). The minimum length of stay must be one week.

During the first week of March, the Doctorate School celebrates the Doctoral Session each year. It is a compulsory attendance training activity for new PhD students. You can attend the first or second year.   For this reason, it is advisable to spend the week of your stay at the University of Lleida coinciding with this event.

The completion of the stay at the UdL will be planned with the agreement of the tutor and directors of the thesis, and it will need to be subsequently registered as a training activity at RAPI.
